Water from the upstream would flow down via the Sports Park, and the fish would make their way here from there. The angler had set up on Fuxing Road in the township. All he needed to do was to remove the drainage grate, grab a stool and wait for a fish on the hook. He looked like quite the expert of roadside angling.
