Due to the expiration of its brand licensing agreement with the French headquarters, the Carrefour name can only be used until June this year. Products carrying the Carrefour branding are now being cleared out at discount prices, drawing crowds of shoppers eager to hunt for bargains.Huge sale signs can be seen all across the store, with snacks and household goods all included in the clearance event. Many items have been slashed to under NT$100.
