A dessert shop in Miaoli’s Gongguan District is offering an enormous portion of shaved ice served in a huge bowl, complete with syrup and a whopping 16 toppings. The promotion has proven incredibly popular, with some customers even bringing their own pots to take the massive serving home.

Shaved ice pours from a machine to fill a huge metal bowl. It’s an enormous portion, piled with delicious toppings and fit for a whole family. A desert shop in Miaoli’s Gongguan Township is offering this special deal to thank its customers for a decade of support.

- There’s tapioca, sweet rice balls, red beans, taro balls, Oreo…
- Wow, there’re more than 10 toppings.
- My toppings were doubled.

- Seems like you really enjoyed it.
- It made me so happy!

- You can choose 16 toppings. I just had some. There were five of us and we couldn’t finish it.

The shaved ice is generously topped with red beans, grass jelly, tapioca, sweet rice balls, taro balls, and more. And the best part—it’s only NT$150.

It’s our 10-year anniversary, so we wanted to do something new. We thought to use a pot so that friends and family can come enjoy a big serving of shaved ice together.

Some customers brought the biggest pot they have to take the massive serving home. No matter how big the pot, the owner always fills it to the brim. Even the township mayor didn’t miss out, bringing two giant bowls to take away.

Sharing a huge portion like this is definitely satisfying, but the owner reminded people not to eat too much at once to avoid indigestion and discomfort.
