A sign at Changhua Railway Station is turning heads for its unusual design that seems to be against the athletic discipline of high jump. The sign sits on a tall fence and features a crossed out image of a person performing a Fosbury Flob-style leap over a high bar. But the reality is not a campaign against the sport, but against people climbing over the fence, be it by jumping, leaping or rolling over it. Let’s hear more.
