The fruit artisan is Yang Yen-ching, a young entrepreneur who uses local ingredients to infuse each jar of marmalade with a local flavor. The ingredients she uses range from local citrus fruits to shell ginger and even Taiwan incense cedar. Her marmalades received acclaim at the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards, where she shone brightly for Taiwan, bagging one silver and six bronze awards.Citrus peel goes into the pot and stirred until it’s boiling to become freshly-made marmalade. Add black tea to turn it into a delicious fruity drink. There’s plenty of fruit choices so everyone can have their pick. We don’t add pectin, it’s all fruit pulp. It can be used as a spread or in teas, or added to sodas and yogurt. It can be a condiment, or a dipping sauce for chicken breast. Yang Yen-ching recently won a silver award and six bronzes at the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards in the UK.
