Running for Baishu Borough
It’s the next step I planned for my career. I had this wish five years ago. I wanted to pursue this career to serve our local residents. Those who enjoy exercising, I hope to encourage them to exercise more through my experience in sports. I want to make our neighborhood healthier, happier and more content.

Here he’s pictured waving the Lions’ banner to get Lions fans to move, and singing on a mic to work the crowd. For over 30 years, he’s cheered for the Lions. After retiring from the baseball team, he returned to Baishu Borough in Kaohsiung’s Qiaotou District where he grew up, and dedicated himself to local affairs. Over the years, he’s organized many group exercises for local residents, laying the foundation for the propective role of borough chief.

He really delivers, and he’s really good at organizing events. This is the kind of person Baishu Borough needs. I’ll definitely support him if he’s running for borough chief.

At sixty years old, Ho will be running as an independent, because he believes that community service isn’t a partisan issue. He’s planning to bring the good energy on the baseball stadium to his neighborhood.
