快新聞／圍台軍演史上最逼台　歐盟重話批中國「危害國際和平」

共軍東部戰區於台北時間29日突然宣布展開「正義使命-2025」演習，並於30日在台灣周邊5個公告海空域進行實彈射擊。；我國防部也立即啟動備戰操演。並偵測多艘共艦、海警船一度進入24浬鄰接區，海軍與海巡全程監控。而歐盟也針對「正義使命-2025」演習發表聲明。

歐盟發言人希普（Anitta Hipper）指出，台灣海峽的和平穩定，對整個區域安全以及全球經濟與繁榮都具有關鍵意義。她表示，歐盟再次呼籲相關各方保持冷靜與克制，避免任何可能進一步升高緊張的作為，並重申所有分歧都應透過對話與溝通來處理，而非訴諸武力。

希普（Anitta Hipper）進一步說明，維持台海現狀與歐盟本身的利益息息相關，歐盟反對任何片面改變現狀的行動，特別是以武力或脅迫的方式，任何破壞現狀的行為，都可能對區域安全帶來難以預測的後果，「相關行動不僅讓兩岸情勢更加緊繃，也對區域乃至國際的和平與穩定造成衝擊」，歐盟指出，台海局勢牽動層面廣泛，各方都應審慎以對。

歐盟對外行動署發言人針對中國在台灣附近舉行軍事演習發表聲明原文和翻譯如下：

China’s recent military exercise further increases cross-strait tensions and endangers international peace and stability.

Peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait are of strategic importance for regional and global security and prosperity. We reiterate our calls to exercise restraint and avoid any actions that may further escalate tensions, which should be resolved through cross-strait dialogue.

The EU has a direct interest in the preservation of the status quo in the Taiwan Strait. We oppose any unilateral actions that change the status quo, in particular by force or coercion.

中國近期舉行的軍事演習進一步加劇了兩岸緊張局勢，危及國際和平與穩定。

台灣海峽的和平與穩定對區域和全球安全與繁榮具有戰略意義。

我們再次呼籲各方保持克制，避免採取任何可能進一步加劇緊張局勢的行動，並尋求透過兩岸對話解決緊張局勢。
