On the third day of her trip, she visited the Palau National Congress.The itinerary included a ceremony marking Taiwan’s donation of four drones and a drone demonstration. Hsiao noted that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ newly established "Drone Diplomacy Task Force" will develop long-term cooperation programs with Taiwan’s diplomatic partners. At the Congress dome atrium, Hsiao and Palauan President Surangel Whipps Jr. delivered remarks and announced that Taiwan’s Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau will send personnel to assist Palau in law enforcement efforts and strengthen cooperation against transnational organized crime.
